Products and orders
Product photographs are illustrative; the colour and texture of natural honey can vary by batch and crystallisation is natural. The label and batch information supplied with the jar are authoritative. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we send or make available the order confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if stock or delivery information is materially incorrect.
Prices, promotions and payment
Each 250g jar is £10.99. Prices and delivery charges are shown before payment. Stripe processes card payments. Standard UK delivery is £2.49 and normally takes 3–5 working days after dispatch. Next-working-day delivery is £4.99 for qualifying orders placed before 12 noon Monday–Thursday, excluding bank holidays. Three or more jars in one order receive free standard delivery; the next-working-day upgrade remains £4.99. An order containing all five distinct varieties also receives 30 complimentary honey sachets while that offer is displayed.
Food information
Each product page states the honey variety, origin description, ingredients and net weight. Do not give honey to infants under 12 months. Contact us before ordering if you need information about allergens, handling or a particular batch.
Conservation commitment
We allocate 5% of product sales value from each completed order, excluding delivery charges and refunded product value, to wildlife conservation with a focus on tiger habitat. This is Tiger Honey’s own commitment and does not imply endorsement by a charity or wildlife organisation.
Intellectual property and trade marks
The Tiger Honey name, label artwork, photographs, copy and website design are owned by or licensed to ORGANIC PRODUCTS LIMITED unless stated otherwise. No ownership or licence is transferred by using this site. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. We do not claim that “Tiger Honey” is a registered trade mark unless a registration is expressly identified.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your right to goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory protections available where you live.
