Yes. Tiger Honey is sold as raw honey with no added sugar. The label and batch information supplied with each jar remain the final authority for the product delivered.

Crystallisation is a natural characteristic of honey and does not mean it has spoiled. To soften it, stand the closed jar in warm—not boiling—water and allow it to loosen gradually.

The collection is sourced from India’s forest and blossom regions. The five profiles are Wild Forest, Kashmir Acacia, Eucalyptus, Multiflora and Jamun. Each product page describes its floral origin and tasting character.

Every full-size Tiger Honey jar contains 250g. The tasting sample is one 30g sachet selected from any one of our five varieties, according to availability. It does not contain all five varieties.

Keep the jar closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not required and can accelerate crystallisation. Always use a clean, dry spoon.

No. Honey must not be given to infants under 12 months. Contact us before ordering if you need information about a particular batch, allergen or handling requirement.

Standard UK delivery normally arrives within 3–5 working days after dispatch. We send tracking information when the selected delivery service supports it. Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays.

Standard UK delivery is £2.49. The final delivery charge is shown before payment.

Yes. Next-working-day UK delivery is available for £4.99 at checkout. Order before 12 noon Monday–Thursday for dispatch on the qualifying working day. Weekends and bank holidays are excluded, and circumstances outside our reasonable control can cause delays.

Add any three full-size jars to one order and standard UK delivery is free automatically. Tasting samples do not count towards the three-jar threshold.

An order containing all five distinct 250g varieties receives free standard UK delivery and 30 complimentary honey sachets while the offer is displayed. Five jars of the same variety do not qualify for the sachet gift.

Collection is available only by prior agreement. Call 07415 751850 before placing the order to confirm availability and collection instructions. The registered office is not a permanent walk-in shop.

Contact support promptly with your order number and photographs where relevant. We will investigate damaged, incorrect, late or missing deliveries and provide the remedy required by UK consumer law.

Contact us before returning anything. Eligible unopened goods can be returned under the conditions in our Returns policy. We cannot resell opened food or a jar with a broken tamper seal, unless the product is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Tiger Honey allocates 5% of product sales value from each completed order, excluding delivery charges and refunded product value, to wildlife conservation with a focus on tiger habitat. This is our own commitment and does not imply endorsement by a charity.

No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you view connected orders, save addresses, update your profile and reorder. Use the same email address at checkout and registration so your order history can be connected.
