Standard United Kingdom delivery
Standard delivery is £2.49 and normally arrives within 3–5 working days after dispatch. Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays. Checkout currently accepts delivery addresses in the United Kingdom.
Next-working-day delivery
Next-working-day delivery is £4.99. Place the order before 12 noon Monday–Thursday for dispatch on the qualifying working day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on Friday, at weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next available working day. Delivery estimates are not guarantees where delays arise outside our reasonable control.
Free standard delivery
Orders of three or more full-size jars receive free standard delivery automatically. The next-working-day upgrade remains £4.99. Tasting samples do not count towards the three-jar threshold, so a sample-only order costs £1.99 plus £2.49 standard delivery. The selected delivery charge is displayed before payment.
Dispatch and tracking
We process orders after payment confirmation. If an address is incomplete or delivery is disrupted, we may contact you using the details supplied at checkout. Tracking is provided when the selected delivery service supports it.
Complete-collection gift
An order containing all five distinct 250g Tiger Honey varieties receives free standard delivery and 30 complimentary honey sachets while the offer is displayed. Repeating one variety five times does not qualify for the sachet gift, although the three-jar free-delivery rule still applies.
Collection
Collection is available only when agreed directly with Tiger Honey before the order is placed. Do not travel to the registered office without confirmation; it is not advertised as a permanent retail counter. Call 07415 751850 to agree availability and collection instructions.
Delivery problems
If a parcel is late, damaged or shown as delivered but missing, contact us promptly with the order number. Risk remains with us until the goods are delivered to you or a person you identify to receive them.
