Origin before uniformity
Blossom, rainfall and season naturally influence colour, texture and flavour. We treat that variation as character—not something to disguise.

A British honey house, shaped by the wild
Tiger Honey brings together five raw honeys selected for the distinct character of their floral origins across India.

“Five landscapes. Five expressions. One unmistakable house.”
Why Tiger Honey exists
Tiger Honey was created in Britain from a close connection to India and one simple conviction: honey should retain a sense of where it came from.
Rather than assemble an indiscriminate range, we chose five contrasting floral expressions. Kashmir Acacia is pale and delicate. Eucalyptus brings an aromatic lift. Multiflora is rounded and familiar. Jamun is dark and malty. Wild Forest Honey carries layered blossom depth.
They are intended to be tasted beside one another, chosen with curiosity and returned to for their differences.

Move from light and gently sweet to deep, complex and malty.
The house standard
Blossom, rainfall and season naturally influence colour, texture and flavour. We treat that variation as character—not something to disguise.
We describe taste, source and handling without borrowed folklore or unsupported medicinal promises. The label on the delivered jar remains the final batch record.
We allocate 5% of product sales value from every completed order to wildlife conservation, with a focus on tiger habitat.
The company behind the house
Tiger Honey is operated by an active private limited company in England. Our legal identity and contact details are presented plainly because premium service begins with accountability.
