• Contact, billing and delivery details needed to take and fulfil an order.
• Order, payment status, refund and customer-support records.
• Account details if you create an account, plus cart/session identifiers required for the shop to work.

• Technical and security information such as request logs used to keep the service reliable and prevent fraud.

Why we use it

We use order information to perform our contract with you; payment, accounting and transaction records to meet legal obligations; and limited technical information where necessary for security and reliable operation. Optional marketing requires consent and can be withdrawn.

Service providers and transfers

Payments are processed by Stripe. The website is hosted by Vercel and order/account data is stored using Neon services. Email delivery may use Resend where configured. With your consent, site-use measurement may be provided by Google Analytics and Meta. These providers process information under their own safeguards and may process it outside the UK using lawful transfer mechanisms.

Retention and your rights

We retain order and accounting records for the period required for tax, legal, fraud-prevention and customer-service purposes, and remove information when it is no longer needed. UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to use of your data, and to data portability. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookies and analytics choices
